Veterinarian-Referral Requirement Acknowledgement

Nevada regulations require a signed veterinary referral before we can provide animal chiropractic care.

Good news: We’ll request the signed referral from your veterinarian on your behalf once you book.

If we run into any delays or the clinic can’t sign in time, we’ll contact you before your appointment.

Note: You will need your primary veterinarian’s office email address to proceed. This will be used to send the referral request. It’s recommended to gather that first.
